hell, this could just be a mininova admin too, either way there are valid points raised, your often sharing warez on torrents, many of you out there will push bundles without checking what they do and seeing what they push (porn based bundles without any notice to someone not 18+, spyware, keyloggers...) and that there is a chance that the first post will be 1 of you guys if you arent careful

this is doubtful. UNless you are making hundreds a day. An archer won't stand around your house for anything less than $75/day.
