ah, finally i found it stated flat out!

so if thats the case why is no one here too worried about anonymity?
seems to be a pretty prevalent cavalier attitude considering everyone is basically just blowin in the wind here..
to me, having a paypal acount connected to my name, and files connected to my IP sounds scary...

what am i missing?

zango is far from illegal

different methods and companies may be but that isnt the case for ALL spreading

has anybody experiences with a anonymous/fake webmoney accounts ?
since its registered with fake data its only a "formal passport" account.
i would like to withdraw the money with an anonymous (prepaid) debit card (cashout with atm).
my question is,
when i get paid regularly from the ppi companies a pretty high amount, will webmoney notice sometime and force me to varify the account ??
