Half of my accounts with them have been down for 3 days.

My hosting is down for more than 24 hours.

Speeds are the suck.

and support never replies.

Do not waste your money.

I've now cancelled them

The speeds were good when they lasted though...so I will miss that, but my accounts have been down for too long

Indeed, same here , i got 1 mont of utorrent seedbox with them and only used 3 weeks, had like 7 days of downtime

I havent had FTP access for the last 48hours and support has vanished!

its a shame cause a while back all was working well and support were contactable via IM.

Not surprised to see these responses - its only one guy running the whole thing and he is useless.

I agree, looks like my account was deleted right after I paid. Support is completely incompetent. I've had replies to my ticket from Johan Gudmunds and K Cook and I'm just going around in circles. Now they're telling me to log into my Members Area, to reply to them and not to reply through email, when my first ticket stated I can't log into my Client Area. What a joke!
