have ran into some troubles and would like to transfer one of my domain under another name that is anonymous so there is no information about me. Also it would rock to have an hosting that would not react to notes that require website removal or etc

You might use a proxy to register the domain at GoDaddy and Namecheap or use a more anonymous one which accepts Webmoney payments, then buy a WhoisGuard protection (there is a free one with each domain purchase at Namecheap) to get the information about you in the Whois private. Then get an offshore hosting from the couple offered in this forum or anywhere else. You should be fairly fine that way, but if you are too much worried about your privacy and legality, you should seek for another business opportunities.

they are based in netherlands. I checked my website using whois and I see that my contact information are private. They also offer webhosting.

But try them first if you have a busy site, because I just use them to host my payload.
