I've registered over 25 accounts on TPB today, clearing cookies after each one, but when I click on activation urls which i received on emails I see TPB error "Link was not approved" on most of them.
Any idea why? Never had this problem before.

It seems like your accounts are somehow already activated

Did you tried to login?

you can also try the forget password link. If they send you the temporary password your account will be automatically activated.

I saw this thread earlier, but i don't have same problem.
Also, password reminding didnt help because it say, that email do not exist in the database.

Maybe they banned your accounts instantly when you registered it. It has happened to me also when I first started ppi. Now, I only upload to mininova as my torrents are still alive for weeks.

Maybe you are trying to register from a banned ip/email.

I am getting a error while adding torrents at TPB: database error, code 27?

I received that error before, but is what you need is confirm the account with the same ip that you used to fill the registration form. You need to register, wait for the confirmation email and complete the registration process and change the ip + clean cookies AFTER that point.
