I agree, looks like my account was deleted right after I paid. Support is completely incompetent. I've had replies to my ticket from Johan Gudmunds and K Cook and I'm just going around in circles. Now they're telling me to log into my Members Area, to reply to them and not to reply through email, when my first ticket stated I can't log into my Client Area. What a joke!
