I would use a minimal amount of affiliate content to get approved. Once approved I would

a)take it all back down and just replace with zango dynamic content
or
b)leave the content up and use gateway

One way or the other I dont think that the two look good together.

Another note... If your new to the adult industry I would suggest trying to just push affiliates for a while and learn all the little traffic tricks you can from the various webmaster boards and once you think you've got it switch over to Zango 'cuz after that if you were on fire the adult webmaster community wouldn't piss on you to put you out! They hate Zango
