I'm really interested to open a PPI program.
I have some experience with offshore IBC's. I studyied it a lot in severals books and searches.
The payments can be handled by a offshore merchant account (that manages the credit cards purchases) linked with a IBC company (International Business Company) or a
simple offshore (anonymous) company. The step by step is:

the customer buy with credit card ==> the merchant account handles the payment and send $ to off-shore bank account (at offshore jurisdictions like: Seychelles, Belize, isle of Man, Vanuatu etc)
The domain needs to be registered with a anonymous register company, the best are in Hong-Kong. Obviously the hosting needs to be offshore, too.

I have many ideas that I can share with all. I don't have the technical knowledge to make the files and the script that can manage the PPI program.
The idea behind to make virous and sell AV softwares sounds good.
Anyone knows how work a company like luxecash? Maybe they have an ad-serving that send the ad randomically. Anyone knows how can I create the PPI's files, like a programmer specialized and that has some experience on it???
