You are not allowed to have AdSense on the same page as gateways that are not user generated (that means the user does not do anything and the gateway pops, just like it is with ZangoCash). This has been widely discussed at DP, but you can contact the support team directly to make sure, but you will get the same answer. I wouldn't risk my AdSense account anyway (if I wasn't already banned long time ago ).
